Returning Product to Jane’s Cannabis Shop
What is the return policy of Jane’s Cannabis Shop
Customers may return any product (except gift cards)that is in saleable condition to Jane’s Cannabis Shop provided it is accompanied by the original receipt within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The Customer will be refunded in the applicable tender as used for the purchase (i.e. debit/cash purchases returned as cash, credit card purchases returned to original credit card, gift card purchases returned to a gift card, all mobile or near field purchases will be returned to credit card of origin.)
All product returns require the customer’s name, address and telephone number and the customer’s signature to acknowledge receipt of there fund. Customers returning product must also show valid, government-issued photo ID to verify their identity. If a customer does not provide this information, the return will not be processed.
Refunds will not be provided to returns without a receipt.
Gift Cards are final sale and are non-refundable.

Required Information For All Returns
All product returns require the customer’s name, address, and telephone number, as well as the customer’s signature to acknowledge receipt of the refund. Customers must also show valid, government-issued photo ID to verify their identity. No returns will be processed without this information.
Conditions for Returns
- Saleable Condition: The product must be in good condition (unopened, label intact, etc.).
- Receipt Required: Valid proof of purchase must accompany all returns of saleable, unopened product.
- No Refunds Without Receipt: Refunds will not be provided for returns without a receipt.
Defective Products
If you believe you have purchased a defective product from Jane’s Cannabis Shop, contact our customer service team through email and provide an image showing the defective product and a description of the issue, accompanied by the original receipt.
