We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Exclusive Vape Rescue Program, a first-of-its-kind initiative aimed at solving common problems with 510 vape cartridges. Whether you bought your vape from us or elsewhere, we’ve got you covered!
How It Works:
- We’ll first attempt to troubleshoot your vape issue.
- If we’re unable to resolve the problem and you bought it from us, you’re eligible for a refund. (proof of purchase and original packaging required)
- For vapes bought elsewhere, if we cant fix it, exchange it for a 10% discount on a new cartridge from our store.
Issues We Cover:
- zero vapor or airflow on 510 screw-on cartridges.
Requirements:
- Cartridge over 50% full, at our staff’s discretion.
- No leaks, taste issues, or visible damage.
- 510 screw-on cartridge
- Original packaging for any defective returns or exchanges.
Limitation:
- One 10% discount per customer per day.
- Discount applies to one new vape cartridge only
