Placing an Order

To place an order, simply browse our online menu, select your preferred products, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide accurate billing and delivery information, and verify that you are at least 19 years old.

Before placing an order, please read:

• A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented for all pickup and delivery orders.
• The name on the order must match the name on your ID.
• Provide a valid mobile phone number to receive text message updates about your order.
• PIN verification is required for in-store pickups on all Visa and Mastercard transactions. For delivery orders, PIN verification is required for all Visa, Mastercard transactions.
• If the postal code of the delivery address does not match the one registered with your payment card, proof of ID verifying the postal code will be required at the time of delivery.

• We only deliver to residential addresses.

Delivery Schedule & Cutoff Times

Jane’s Cannabis Shop offers same-day delivery for orders placed before 5:30 PM.

• Orders placed before 5:30 PM → Delivered the same day after 5:30 PM.
• Orders placed after 5:30 PM → Delivered the next day.

Receiving Your Order

On delivery day, please ensure that you are available to receive the order with a valid government-issued photo ID and the payment card used for the order.

Important Notes:

• You must be present at the delivery address to receive your order.
• If no one is home, our driver will attempt delivery the following day.
• After two failed delivery attempts, your order will be canceled and refunded.
